Activities for Kids & Reenactors

AIRSHO is a great event for families with young children. In addition to spectacular aerobatic performances, there are lots of fun activities for children to enjoy.

Kids ZONE

Kids Zone is a special area with great activities such as fun games, bouncey inflatables, aircraft simulators, snow cones and more. Additional charges apply for activities in this area.

Education in Aviation Day

Started in 2009, AIRSHO allows all 5th grade students within 60 miles of the CAF High Sky Wing to come out and watch a small airshow alongside the Special Show for Special People. The Education in Aviation Day is a free event to all of the students. Past shows welcomed over 3,000 students from 27 different schools. Held on the Friday of AIRSHO weekend from 10 a.m. to noon.

For information about attending the Education in Aviation Day, please email ggutting@highskywing.org.

Living History

Join us as we pay tribute to the great airplanes that were flown in the defense of our nation and remember the sacrifices that were made by those who served and continue to serve.

We invite World War II, Korea and Vietnam Living History Groups to join us at AIRSHO and be a part of this historic weekend. We have a large area reserved for setting up encampments; overnight camping is encouraged, as well as sufficient area for displaying your military vehicles.

Together we bring history to life for the thousands of spectators that come to the show.
