Completed in 2015, this sublime structure by Claesson Koivisto Rune offers a prime location for business and/or residence in downtown Marfa. It is a remarkable building that is both functional and conceptual. Some of the concepts are quite subtle, but their sensory influence can be perceived powerfully.
