Pavilions
A total of 22 outdoor picnic pavilions with tables are available for rental at various parks throughout the community.
Rental Fee
Pavilions are available for private rental from 6 am to 11 pm. Rental fee for pavilions is $15 per three hour block.
Pavilions may be reserved one year in advance. Reservations may be made online via our Reservations Website, or during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday at the Parks and Recreation office located at:

Please note that University of Texas Permian Basin Pavilions 5 and 6 are currently closed for rental effective January 1, 2017 until further notice.
Additionally, restrooms at Floyd Gwin Park, Optimist Park, and Sherwood Park are closed due to continuous vandalism. Renters of the nearby pavilion can utilize the Restrooms, if they complete a deposit form with a $75 key deposit, which is refundable upon return of the key following the day of rental or if it is a weekend, the key is due back the next Monday before 5 pm. Please come into our office to leave your deposit for the key. Cash or check are the only forms of payment accepted.
