The signature products at Rosa’s Cafe are the beef and chicken fajitas, marinated and grilled to perfection over real West Texas mesquite wood giving them their distinct flavor. Rosa’s newest addition to their delicious menu is breakfast tacos, plates and bowls. Each item is made with freshly scrambled eggs, the meat of your choice (bacon, ham, sausage or chorizo), and warm tortillas. Plates and bowls also include beans and potatoes. Orange juice and coffee are also available. Breakfast is served daily at most Rosa’s location from 6;60 - 10:30 AM. Dine in or drive through service is available for breakfast.
